Adv. Dilip Kumar Das is practicing in the Guwahati High Court at Guwahati and all the outlying Benches of the Guwahati High Court ( entire North east). He has appeared for all the important cases for CBI on behalf of the Department since 1994 till 2013. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India in land matter of Mizoram and Meghalaya. Worked in Justice Hegde Commission on police atrocities for Manipur Govt. On 22.01.2001 he was designated as Senior Advocate by the Guwahati High Court.
Since 1980 Adv. Dilip Kumar Das has been extensively practicing in the District Court, Tribunal in service matters, and in High Court in Civil, Criminal, Service matters, Arbitration and Constitutional matters. Bank matters relating to disciplinary proceeding and Labour matters for Tea Garden for Reliance Co in their demand disputes. He is presently associated with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for conducting their cases. He is also working for NEC, NERCORMP & CBTC.
