B) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He is also a Company Secretary candidate at the Executive Level. Coming from a commerce background, he has an edge and specializes him in field of Insolvency& Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Litigation, Taxation matters, Industrial Labour Laws, Capital Market & Securities Laws, Legal and Secretarial compliance of company and as such he is well versed with civil litigation. He has been awarded for his punctuality, sincerity, and dedication. He is also an Advisory Board member of “Journal of Legal Methodology, Policy and Governance”. He is presently appearing before the Trial/Session Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the High Courts across the country.
