Advocate Madhusudhan Started his career as a Legal Assistant in a Mumbai based Shipping company and was later promoted to Legal Associate handling legal compliance, Labour Disputes under the purview of the Industrial Act, filing necessary labor-related documents with the Court and labor organizations, Contract Management, and negotiation, providing legal advice to the board, analyzing key risk factors that may turn into future legal issues. Also administrating the Import- Export division with the required knowledge in Import-Export, Overseas laws, and Financial instrument trading. He is currently a corporate lawyer, educator, and doctoral student. In 2019, he quit his job to pursue further studies in the field of law and also to start a Law firm focusing on IPR, Company incorporation and related compliance, legal advice, litigation management, and administrative and legal services. Simultaneously he got the opportunity to teach Law-CA-UPSC aspirants and law students in his personal capacity and at various law coaching centers in Kerala. His in-depth knowledge of Company law, ADR, IPR, Banking and Insurance, Media law, International Trade Law, Administrative and Constitutional law, and drafting skills have backed him in corporate and academic domains, and is successful enough to demonstrate the same. As a Lawyer, he mainly focuses on Defamation suits, IPR - Filings and Regr., NCLT Cases, Company/Firm incorporation and Compliances, Motor accident claims, and drafting-vetting-registering legal documents. He has stationed eminent advocates and legal professionals at his office to deal with any legal situations.
