Om Kukreja is a Practicing advocate at the High Court of Chhattisgarh and tribunals in the state of Chhattisgarh. He had the opportunity to appear and argue before diverse forums including but not limited to the Commercial Courts, RERA. He appears as a counsel in domestic arbitrations before the arbitral tribunals and have also been involved in enforcement of foreign awards. During his stint at the trial court, He had the experience of dealing with diverse cases. Om Kukreja has also participated in various moot courts as a team as well as a judge.
