Pratiksha Gupta an advocate by profession enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan in 2019. I completed my graduation [First Division with Distinction] in BBA LLB with Corporate Hons. from Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan in 2019. Currently, I'm pursuing my Masters in Law [LLM] in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, Haryana. Right after my graduation, I started working with a boutique law firm based out of Jaipur. My work primarily involves drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, deeds, terms, and conditions, company policies, Memorandum of Understanding, Legal Notices, etc. I have experience in drafting agreements like Master Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Sub-Contract Agreement, Partnership Agreement, LLP Agreement, Franchise Agreement, Software License Agreement, Share Transfer Agreement, Co-Founders Agreement, and various other corporate, commercial, and IT agreements, and company documents like HR policies, Appointment Letter, etc. ? I also have experience in incorporating a Private Limited Company and ensuring the requisite legal compliances, filing of necessary forms, etc. regarding such incorporation after taking into account all the recent developments issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Further, I also assist the team in advising startups with their legal requirements, conducting legal due diligence for ongoing corporate, banking, and real estate transactions, providing legal opinions on various issues, and conducting legal research for the issues at hand. After almost 2 years in the legal fraternity, I have found my interest in Legal Writing, Corporate Law, and the drafting of commercial contracts.
