Rukhman Singh Rathore is a Lawyer based in Pune, India. He advices startups and individuals on a wide array of legal matters. His areas of practice includes contracts, intellectual property and dispute resolution. He is also an Award-Winning speaker and holds the prestigious titles of Distinguished Toastmaster, Tripartite award and Leadership Excellence awarded to him by the international leadership and public speaking organization Toastmasters International. He is the author of the book Journey from CC1 to CC10. He also is a record holder under India Book of Records for being the Youngest Distinguished Toastmaster in India. He is the 2017 Toastmasters Division Level International Speech Contest 2nd runner up and winner of Toastmasters Impromptu Speaking (Table Topics) 2018 Division Level Contest. In the year 2018 he volunteered with AIESEC in Vietnam where he worked on the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goal 4 i.e Quality Education. That same year he was invited as the Chief Judge for the Vietlish Public Speaking Contest in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. He holds several certifications including certification in General Course on Intellectual Property from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration from London School of Economics and Political Science. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Laws (BBA LLB) with honours from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
