She has experience in civil & commercial litigation, trademarks, consumer matters, property disputes, arbitration, cheque dishonour matters, breach of contract, employment disputes, family law matters. She has also handled matters pertaining to sexual harassment at workplace, domestic violence & cruelty. She has expertise in drafting and vetting various types of agreements, policies, legal documents such as NDA, employment contract, Franchise Agreement, Privacy Policy, Anti-Sexual Harassment & Non-discrimination Policy, Terms of Use, Service Agreements, Rent Agreements, Commercial Lease Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Sale Agreement, Mortgage Deed, Transfer Deed, Distribution Agreement, Transfer Deed, Shareholder's Agreement, Wills, Codicils. She is also a legal instructor and has founded a Teaching Law Firm- Lawchakra in 2021. She conducts gender sensitization workshops and sessions for colleges and corporates. She is the Vice President, Chandigarh Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is the developer and author of the online course on Litigation Basics.
