Advocate Shashank Agarwal is a practicing lawyer in Jaipur. He is providing litigation and legal services to various corporates, law firms and individuals primarily in Jaipur along with few other cities of Rajasthan. In addition he also provides pro bono services to the people who are really in need of legal assistance and to achieve the same I am also empaneled by Rajasthan Legal Aid Services. In the last 11 years of his practice he has dealt various legal issues dealing with Arbitration, Corporate litigation, Commercial court cases, consumer law, cheque bounce, stamp duty issues, registration of documents, tender/blacklisting related disputes, miscellaneous cases. family disputes along with add on legal consultation and services related to filing of FIR or quashing of FIR, bail applications and other related issues. Recently in the year 2019, he has became the first person from his college (National Law University, Jodhpur) to contest and win the elections on the post of Vice President of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur. It was a great honor to achieve this victory as being the first one from college to win in any Lawyers' Bar Association election and that too in the first attempt. He believes that providing solutions to the legal problems of any person or entity is not only fulfilling his professional obligation, but to him it is so much satisfying. For me success is not only the amount of financial prosperity one achieves but how many lives one could affect positively.
