Advocate Shreya Jain has completed my B.A.LL.B.(hons) from Indore Institute of Law and have further pursued her masters from Pennsylvania State University, USA. Furthermore, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship, Administration and Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. This profession has invoked in her the responsibility to provide assistance to the ones who are in need and my exposure from the USA has helped her to study law in a logical and practical manner and how to apply in the regular practice which has assisted her further in the field as well as in person. She has an experience of 1.5 years in litigation management before High Court of M.P., Bench at Indore. She has handled matters pertaining to service, civil, criminal, company and family cases and the appeals wherein required. She has received various opportunities to develop her negotiation skills and develop good client customer relationships and have also represented them independently before the Hon'ble court of law. Legal writing, pleadings and filings are her area of forte. She is well-versed with Data Privacy laws, drafting GDPR compliant privacy policy for websites, mobile applications, GDPR impact assessment report for startups, cookies policy, etc. Alongside, She is a social worker and she runs a Non- Governmental Organization since three years and actively working on it. She is an enthusiast who has positive approach in life, a keen learner, hard-working and believes in team work. She can work in challenging environment too.
