Advocate Shubham Maheshwari is a Jaipur-based lawyer who has completed his Graduation and Post Graduation in Corporate Law. He has been practicing since 2018 and has worked on a wide range of areas ranging from Civil, Criminal, Family, and Commercial matters to Banking, Sarfaesi, Consumer, and IBC matters. Apart from in court appearances, he has carried out Diligence work, Drafting and vetting of legal briefs and agreements is his prowess. Shubham also has completed a certificate course on Intellectual Property from W.I.P.O and has attended Prestigious NLU Delhi Winter School. Shubham has represented his clients in almost all jurisdictions possible ranging from original to appellate side. Apart from working on D.R.T, N.C.L.T & High Court cases he is one of the few young advocates in Jaipur who are equally focused on original side of practice.
