Aneek Pandit was called to the Bar on 25th November 2016. After getting enrolled with the State Bar Council of West Bengal also subscribed himself as a member of the Bar Association of Alipore District Civil and Sessions Judges' Court, and thereafter with the Bar Association of the Calcutta High Court. He appeared and successfully passed the All India Bar Examination X and was presented with a Certificate of Practice by the Bar Council of India. He is presently a practising Advocate before the High Court, Calcutta, and Alipore District Civil and Sessions Judges' Court inter alia other Divisional and Sub-Divisional Courts; predominantly dealing with civil, commercial, criminal, and constitutional matters including service and consumer matters. He also has represented Tata Consumer Private Limited, Anjali Jewellers Private Limited, and other renowned brands under the colour of high exalted law firm based in Kolkata viz. Victor Moses & Co as their counsel per retainer basis.
