Since 2016, Advocate Arun Mishra is practicing in the field of Constitutional, Administrative, and Criminal Law as well as Family Law in various courts. This is the core area of practice and he has been handling the most complex cases pertaining to the above aspects. Advocate Arun Mishra is also handling litigation /cases/matters related to Civil Laws, Industrial Disputes, Cyber Laws. He also has creditable exposure before Calcutta High Court in various Writ Petitions. Apart from practicing area, Advocate Arun Mishra has a strong academic interest in the field of Law Education. He has completed his Masters of Law ( LL.M ) with the specialization of Constitutional and Administrative Law. He also has an interest in legal research on various legal issues. He has many publications in this regard. He frequently speaks in seminars/webinars. With the objective to enhance the legal awareness and interest of legal education among law students, Advocate Arun Mishra has formed an organization named "Legum Literates" in 2020. He is the Founder and President of Legum Literates.
