Adv. Chinmaya Kumar Mohapatra is a practicing advocate at the High Court in Cuttack, Odisha. He represented the interests of clients in negotiations with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities, advocated for clients before court in oral argument by presenting facts and evidence in most favorable light and analyzed probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
