Advocate Jessica Bhardwaj is a 2019 (B.A. LLB.) graduate of the Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. She is enrolled as an advocate in Bar Council of Delhi since September 2019. She has appeared before several District Courts of Delhi and in most of the High Courts of the country, and the Supreme Court of India. She is also engaged in client management and consultancy. She has worked on several family matters and criminal matters related to anticipatory bail, murder etc. She also has comprehensive experience in dealing with the matters of intellectual property laws, data protection and privacy laws. She has also worked in the matters related to white collar crimes and taken part in its litigation and drafting and research work. She has experience of working in the matters related to Trademark, Copyrights and Cyber law with emphasis on cyber defamation, hacking, data theft and other cyber frauds. Advocate Jessica Bhardwaj is well versed with drafting US contracts, Delaware laws, conversion of S-Corp into C-Corp. She also takes time for social causes and am working as a coordinator of the WeAreSAATH Organisation. In order to keep up with the evolving legal environment, She has also taken up online certification courses related to “Legal provisions for the protection of Women”
