Nidhi Verma is an Alumni of National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2012) and LL.M. in Corporate and IPR Laws(2016). She got enrolled in Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh in 2012. As a part of professional journey, she has worked as in-house counsel for various Corporates and Law Researcher to J. Aftab Alam (former Judge of Supreme Court) in Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT). Recently completed P.G. Diploma in Media Laws from NALSAR (2020). Nidhi Verma has been handling a variety of clients ranging from Telecom, Media to Infrastructure & Construction, from Agro business to SMEs. She is also empaneled with Agencies/clients, who are providing services to the Government of Madhya Pradesh (GOMP) and other corporates. She has marked her appearances before High Courts, District Courts and other forums including but not limited to Consumer Forum/Commissions, RERA-REAT and Arbitration Tribunal etc. Nidhi Verma is currently working on civil, recovery matters, labour and employment laws, IPR, family, property, commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
