Advocate Pratik Jain is a practicing lawyer since 2019. He is practicing at Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur and other sub-ordinate Courts and Tribunals in Jaipur. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan. He has done his Bachelors' in Business Administration and Law from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. He is currently pursuing PGD in Consumer Law & Practice from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has over an years' experience in dispute resolution - contractual matters, wherein I have assisted my seniors at Singh & Associates, Gurugram in handling complex infrastructure contract arbitrations. At Singh & Associates he got the opportunity to closely work on disputes and claims in infrastructure contracts, draft various Legal Opinions, Notices and Reply to Notices, various applications and Pleadings. Advocate Pratik Jain has started my own practice, with N.C. Jain Advocate & Associates, where he is working in the capacity of a Managing Associate. His professional services involve giving legal advice to individuals and businesses, reviewing and drafting contracts to help clients minimize and mitigate their risks and liabilities. He also represent clients in Courts, Arbitration, Tribunals and Commissions. He is looking forward to closely work with early startups and small businesses in order to offer them the requisite legal advice and draft contracts and other legal documents to minimize the liabilities and risks involved in complex transactions that a business enter into.
