Adv. Ronak Sirsikar is born and grown-up in Ahmedabad and shifted to Pune in the year 2013 to pursue his knowledge and higher education in the field of law. He has graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in the year 2018. In the same year he also enrolled himself as an advocate in Gujarat Bar Council and since then he is full time practicing advocate in the State of Gujarat. During the tenure of 2013-2018, Adv. Sirsikar was part of various educational program in filed of law such as “National Lok Adalat” organized by Pune District Legal Services Authority, “Nani Palkhiwala Annual International Conference on Arbitration Law”, “Judicial Process, Judicial Reasoning/Decision Making and Judgment Writing” by Maharashtra Judicial Academy, and is also having course certificate on European Union Legal Studies. Moreover, during the tenure of 2013-2018, Adv. Sirsikar also interned at various renowned law firms such as K. Nanavati & Gandhi Associates, Mahendra Bhavsar & Company, Ansari Solicitor firm (ASF) and Lakshimikumaran & Sridharan (LKS). Due to his vivid knowledge and experience in different field of law, Adv. Sirsikar is ancillary in areas such as Criminal Law, Matrimonial Dispute laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Civil Law, Drafting, Research and Conveyances etc. In the year 2017, Adv. Sirsikar joined Ansari Solicitor Firm as a full time Internship cum Articleship program and later in the year 2018 after his graduation he got associate with ASF as a full time Associate – Advocate. The vital role of Adv. Sirsikar in ASF is client counselling, making briefs of cases, legal research and drafting, arguing before various judicial as well as quasi- judicial authorities such as Magistrate Courts, District & Sessions Court, Family Courts, Consumer Forum, DRT Tribunal and High Court of Gujarat. In the year 2020, Adv. Sirsikar started his individual practice and representing his clients before various Tribunals, Authorities, District & Sessions Courts and High Court of Gujarat.
