Shashank Pareek, is LLB graduate (five years) from ICFAI Law School Dehradun, Uttrakhand, also completed LLM. He has 11 years plus experience in law which includes litigations, documentation, dispute resolution, research, advising, liaising, Trademark, Copyright etc. He has been practicing in the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi for two years and now practicing in Rajasthan High Court Jaipur Bench, Jaipur associated with Additional Advocate General. As an independent advocate, has been working for several clients such as Jambo Finance, Jaipur Central Cooperative Bank, Punjab National Bank, Jaipur Nagar Nigam and several others. He has also been working for several Banking and Non- Banking financial institution (NBFC’s) such as PNB, Hinduja Leyland, Adani Fincap, Maudhara Gramin Bank etc. He is also dealing with SARFESI, Sec 9, 17 Arbitration Act, Sec 21 CPC execution process for banks. Working for many nationalized and private banks and doing the legal/title search reports, due diligence reports and also recovery proceedings at all levels of all natures inter alia criminal proceedings under section 138 NI Act, Arbitration proceedings and writs before High Court of Rajasthan.
