Snehal has completed BBA LL. B (Hons.) – 5 Year from Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology, GGSIP University. She is currently associated with the Chambers of Dr.. Sarbjit Sharma, New Delhi – as Legal associate. There she has attended criminal case proceeding, filed writ petition in High Court, drafted Notices, Affidavit, Special leave petition, Writ petitions, handled cases related to Rent Control, Domestic Violence, and POCSO. She has done internship at Oum Law Associates, New Delhi – as Legal Manager. She had attended criminal case proceeding, filed cases in NCDRC, filed complaints in labour court, drafted Notices, Affidavit, Special leave petition, worked for cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. She has also written blogs for the firm. She has also worked with Aarken Technologies, New Delhi – as Legal Content Writer. She wrote blogs on various topics- Subvention Scheme, Personal Loan, Parking Disputes, Parking Rules in Delhi, Plausible Defences, Online Educational Frauds, Custodian rights of a father, Child Abuse, Procedure for bail Application, Matrimonial Issues, Consumer Protection, Adoption of a child. Snehal had also conducted extensive research work on the blog topics, visited the State Commission and prepared social media posts. While working with Vyom Tax Compliance Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram – as Legal Trainee, she had worked on Trademark Application and GST registration, GST Reconciliation, worked on Incorporation of Companies, drafted Deeds and replies to legal notices, conducted research on Branch Office, Liaison Office, Project Office, Start-up in India, foreign subsidies in India, IEC procedure, drafted and filed Annual Reports & Annual Returns of Companies, and assisted in preparation of financial statements. She has also worked with Advocate Rishabh Sethi, Tis Hazari Court – as Legal Intern for drafting Legal Notice, Reply to Legal Notice for recovery of money/ unpaid salaries drafting petition under order 37 of CPC, assisting in drafting a suit for possession and court proceedings. She has attended hearings for matters before the District Courts, prepared and drafted various case-law notes, donducted research on various judgements and prepared a brief summary for the same.
